TCMB lisanslı ve holding güvenceli ödeme altyapısı, Rubikpara’nın sunduğu tüm finansal hizmetlerin hukuki çerçevede, denetime tabi ve sürdürülebilir bir yapıda olduğunu gösterir. Rubikpara, 6493 sayılı kanun kapsamında Ödeme Kuruluşu, Elektronik Para ve Para Transferi lisanslarına sahiptir ve bu lisanslar Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası tarafından verilmiştir.
